Welcome Back Hawks for a New School year!

Back to the Books

I hope that everyone was reading over the summer. If not, we have great options here in the school library, where you can check out all types of books that you many like. I know not everyone likes the same type of books that’s why our range of different books in the library is wonderful. When you first enter the library, you can find the fiction books on the left side on the wall. You can also find the nonfiction right as you enter to the right and left of you. An important thing that you should remember is that if you read more books you can learn more things and find out how fun it is to read. I know not everyone likes reading but you should at least try to read so that you can improve your reading skills.

Let’s be honest you can’t completely hate reading, right? I hope that I’m correct because it would be upsetting if you hated reading. In fact, here are some fun facts about books and reading.

  1. There are over 130 million books in print.
  2. The three most read books in the world are The Holy BibleQuotations from Chairman Mao Tse-Tung, and Harry Potter.
