Having a Healthier Diet

My journey to staying fit after graduation

One of my main goals this year is to obtain a healthier diet. My whole life I have eaten many foods that are not good for the body, including drinks. This year I plan to stay away from fast food, so that I can build muscle and stay in shape after graduation. Body goals cannot be achieved unless one has a clean diet. I want to incorporate more water instead of sodas and other soft drinks and drink more muscle milk, and eat more veggies like spinach and  squash. I hope that I can carry this good habit soon among my family members and friends. Eating right goes a long way in life.
